Contact Associated Property Management to request approval from the Ledges of Twinsburg HOA Architecture Review Board for any external property improvement or addition.
A newly approved policy regarding the wooded area between developments that are owned by the Ledges of Twinsburg HOA.
The Ledges of Twinsburg HOA is maintaining the playground as a place for people to visit and children to play. We are NOT maintaining the wooded area between the Ledges of Twinsburg and Abrams Farm as a place for people to visit or play. We will only cut down trees if they are diseased and likely to fall and cause property damage to neighboring homeowners. We will not remove trees that are deemed healthy by an arborist. People walking in the wooded area do so at their own risk, just as you would in a wooded public park with or without trails.
