Improvements and Repairs have been made to the playground area.
Phase 1 of repairs to the play structure have been completed and new benches and picnic tables have been installed.
Phase 2 of repairs was completed in October 2022. A new railing was installed and other repairs and replacements were made.
Phase Three of repairs to the playground structure have been completed in spring of 2024. This concludes the repairs to the playground structure.
October 2024 - A border around the playground to contain the mulch has been added to raise the height of the ground around the playset.
A wildlife camera has been installed to capture activity around the playground structure. This camera in not actively monitored.
Summer 2025 - the sidewalk has been extended and a bike rack installed. New grass has been planted around the playground.
